On your first day of Hampta pass trek, you will drive from Prini, Manali to Jobra. It takes around 2 hrs to reach Jobra from Prini, Manali. The meadows of Jobra will be the treat for you on the first day of Trek. There will be a two to three hrs of the Trek from Jobra to Chika during the Trek you will be able to notice a variety of trees like maple, deodar, toss, and oak. The dense forest of Chika is one of the trekker's attractions. Later, you will reach your campsite of 1st day Chika and take rest.

On your second day of the Hampta Pass trek, you'll journey from Chika campsite to Balu ka Ghera. The trail winds through slopes, boulders, and rugged terrain, yet it's relatively easy to navigate. Along the way, you'll be treated to magnificent views of the snow-clad peaks of the Dhauladhar range. Keep an eye out for a clear stream waterfall on your left where you can refill your water bottles. As you continue, you'll encounter a river on your left, offering a picturesque spot to relax. After a few hours of trekking, you'll finally arrive at Balu Ka Ghera, your destination for the day.

On the third day of the Hampta Pass trek, head towards Sheagoru via Hampta Pass. Initially, enjoy views of snow-capped mountains along the riverside trail. Then, brace yourself for a vertical climb to reach Hampta Pass. Witness the beauty of the snowcovered landscape, making mid-June to mid October the best time for this trek. After crossing two bridges and a challenging ascent, savor the breathtaking view from Hampta Pass before descending to Sheagoru after lunch.

Wake up at Sheagoru and enjoy a delicious breakfast. Trekking today will be from Siagoru to Chhatru which will have a fall in elevation from 12,300 ft to 10,898 ft. The trekking distance is 6 km which will take us around 4.5 hours to complete. Chhatru is a magnificent camping site; it is a consensus of the three passes, Hampta, Rohtang and Spiti. Have lunch at Chatru and unwind. A 4.5-hour drive from and to Chhatru will take you to the glorious Chandratal lake. It is at an altitude of 14,000 ft. You can visit the same only in the summer months, the enchanting river will take your heart away with its mesmerizing beauty. The reflection of Himalayan ranges in the lake is spellbinding. Immerse yourself in the beauty of Chandrataal. Dinner and stay at Chhatru camps.

On the fifth day of the trek, make your way from Chhatru to Manali, marking the end of your Hampta Pass journey. The ride back to Manali will span 7 hours, bringing you to the town by evening. Reflect on your experience of trekking in Himachal Pradesh as you conclude your adventure.
